Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals in Naroda was a big step, and finding a place quickly was important. RR Royal Regency in Nikol was a convenient choice being ready to move in. The proximity to Naroda is excellent, only a short drive away. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of 809 Sq.ft, offering ample space. The price was reasonable, just under 21 Lakh. I appreciate the security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My main concern is that the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property, but the developer, RR Infrastructure, assured us it's being processed. The surrounding area is also quite dusty due to ongoing development.

We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 809 Sq.ft. The price was around 20.98 Lakh. The children's play area is well-maintained and a big hit with my kids. The project is ready to move in, which was a priority. The Amphitheater is a nice communal space for events. My husband is concerned about the Wi-Fi connectivity; sometimes it can be a bit spotty according to other residents. Also, the carpet area for the 2 BHKs, starting at 616 Sq.ft, might feel a bit tight for growing families, but our 3 BHK is spacious enough. The overall community feel is good.
