The size is 1088 square feet, which feels good for a start. RR Space Tech seems like a reliable builder. I visited the site a couple of times and the construction looked solid. The swimming pool and cycling track are nice additions. I was a bit concerned about the traffic on Thanisandra Main Road during peak hou, but it's manageable. It’s a good start for me.
