The proximity to Sai Hospital and Krishna Hospital, both just a 5-minute drive away, is very reassuring for our family. The price range was a bit higher than we initially planned, with our villa costing around 70 Lakhs, but the quality seems good. Archadius Properties has ensured 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which is a must-have. The area is still developing, so we are hopeful about future appreciation. The only slight downside is the dust on the main road during construction phases nearby, but inside the project, it's clean.

The price was in the mid-range, about 60 Lakhs. The project has a compound wall and street lighting, which gives a good feeling of security, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance is a big plus. Being close to Thudiyalur Railway Station, nearby, is convenient for occasional travel. The only issue is that the internal roads within the project feel a bit narrow, making it slightly tricky to navigate with two caparked on either side, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a decent option.
