The amenities are quite impressive; I particularly like the air-conditioned gym and the landscaping. Having a grocery shop within the complex is also a huge convenience for my busy schedule. The price was around 55 Lakhs, which was manageable. The only downside I've noticed is that the garbage disposal system could be a little more efficient. However, the overall environment and the spectacular riverfront views make up for it.
