The location in Jayadev Vihar is strategically positioned near National Highway 5, offering excellent connectivity. Having Apollo Hospitals and Acharya Bihar Bus Stop so close is also a significant benefit for accessibility. The 24/7 water supply is functional. While the project itself is well-maintained with good internal roads and footpaths, I feel the actual carpet area for the configurations could be better detailed. The project is in a developing area, which holds promise for future appreciation.
