The built-up area of 1152 Sq.ft is cozy for us, and we love the idea of a private villa after yeaof apartment living. Royal Home Constructions has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The price range of 56.45 Lakh to 80.21 Lakh fit our savings. Our main concern is the parking; with two ca, it feels a bit tight. Also, the road leading to the project could be wider. We hope the community develops further to address these minor issues.
