    We are relocating to Pune and needed a place quickly. Royal Tathastu Paradise II offered ready-to-move flats, so we opted for a 2 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 750 Sq.ft. Royal Developehas included essential services like 24x7 water supply and has focused on water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The proximity to Jagadguru English Medium School at nearby is excellent for our children. The main issue we are facing is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be quite botheome, especially during the day. The internal roads within the project are decent, and there’s ample landscaping. Omkar Society Bus Stop is quite close.
