The location in Nungambakkam near Valluvarkottam is very convenient, close to schools and hospitals like Madras Christian College and MGM Healthcare. I was looking for something ready to move, and this fit the bill perfectly. The 3 BHK flat has a built-up area of 1854 square feet, which feels quite spacious. The price was around 3.15 Crore, which is a significant investment but seems justified given the area and the amenities like 24/7 water supply and power backup. I did notice some traffic congestion on Jambulingam Road during peak hou, but that's common in Chennai. The project was completed in May 2013.
