I picked this property because of its proximity to essential services like Victor Hospital and Rosary Higher Secondary School, both practically next door. The 24x7 water supply and 24x7 CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind while I'm away. The swimming pool is something my mother enjoys regularly. Royal Buildeand Developeseem to have a decent track record. The development itself is spread over 0.13 acres, which feels premium for a residential project in Goa.

Setting up my parents in Royal Serenade was a good decision. The absolute convenience of having Victor Hospital and Margao Domestic Bus Station at nearby is remarkable. They can access anything they need very quickly. The Vastu compliant layout was important to them, and the developer, Royal Buildeand Develope, has clearly paid attention to that. The landscaping provides a nice green cover. One minor issue we found was the dust from nearby construction, though that's expected in a developing area like Salcete. The 24x7 water supply is consistent.

We chose Royal Serenade because of its peaceful environment and the Vastu compliant design. The landscaping and tree planting around the development make it very pleasant. Having the Margao Domestic Bus Station nearby is convenient for occasional travel. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is a big plus. We were a bit concerned about the street lighting initially, but it seems adequate now. The paved compound adds to the neat appearance. It's a quiet community, perfect for retirement.

We decided to upgrade from our rental flat to Royal Serenade. The main reason was the proximity to Rosary Higher Secondary School where we both teach, it’s nearby! The children's play area is a big plus for our little one. The swimming pool is a great way to unwind. While the location is excellent, the street lighting could be a little brighter in some sections. We also found the parking area a bit tight when we visited, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Still, the overall amenities and location are good.

I bought a flat in Royal Serenade by Royal Buildeand Developea few months ago. The location in South Goa, Salcete is quite accessible. Being close to both a school and a hospital is a major advantage for the family. The children's play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The swimming pool is also a good addition. One thing I've noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but once you enter the complex it's peaceful. The reserved parking is definitely useful.
