We bought a 3 BHK in Royal Sarovar Residency. It's about 1306 sq.ft built up, giving our kids enough room to play inside. The fact that it is ready to move was the main reason we chose this. The location is great, very close to Johnson Grammar School and KIMS Hospitals, both nearby. This makes school runs and any medical needs very convenient. The budget was around 32.65 Lakh for the 3 BHK, which felt fair for the size and location. Royal Home Constructions delivered the project. My only small concern is the traffic on Sitaphalmandi Road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes.
