    We are looking for a family home and considered Royal Residency. The 2 BHK apartments range from 1097 Sq.ft to 1260 Sq.ft, which seems sufficient for us. Gauhati Univeity and Apollo Excelcare Hospital are nearby, which is very convenient for us. The developer, Baruah Construction, is building this project in Guwahati. My main concern is the traffic on the road leading to the site; it can get quite congested during peak hou, especially getting to the highway. Power backup and community banquet hall are nice touches for families. The price for a 2 BHK starts at 52.66 Lakhs, which is on the higher side for our budget, but the location benefits are significant.
