We recently moved into Royal Park by Altaf Abdul Sattar Dholia and it's been pretty good so far. The location in Vora Bazar is quite convenient, especially since Sanatan Dharm High School is just a minute away, which is great for us as we are thinking of starting a family soon. The apartment is ready to move in, so that saved us a lot of waiting time. Power backup is also a relief because power cuts are common here. My only small complaint is that the roads around Panwadi can get a bit congested during peak hou, making parking slightly tricky sometimes. Other than that, the apartment itself is functional and meets our needs for now.
