The size is good for future expansion. I liked that they have a sewage treatment plant and water conservation as part of the amenities. The location in Anandvalli is developing, and it felt like a good starting point. Getting the loan approved was straightforward. The only thing I noticed during my visits was some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in developing areas. I am hoping this proves to be a good decision.

Nagar is peaceful, away from the main city hustle. It's a decent place to settle down.
