I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Royal Mansion, which is ready to move. The super built-up area is about 700 to 820 square feet, which is quite spacious for my needs. The location in Uttarpara is decent, and it's very close to VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, just a 2-minute drive. The Zenith Super Specialist Hospital is also conveniently located within an 11-minute drive. My main concern is the price, which for the larger 3 BHK units goes up to 37.3 Lakh; it felt slightly on the higher side for this specific area compared to other projects I had seen. However, the accessibility to essential services like the school and hospital was a major draw. The flat itself is well laid out.

The best part is VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance. That was a huge deciding factor for us. The Dakhineswar Metro Station is also not too far, about 3.5 kilomete, which will be convenient for my husband's commute. The price range was also within our budget, starting from 19.6 Lakh. My only concern is the traffic on Grand Trunk road can be quite heavy during peak hou, so getting out of Uttarpara might take some time. Otherwise, the ready to move aspect was very appealing.
