We got a 2 BHK flat, the 673 Sq.ft one. The price was around 32.3 Lakhs. It’s ready to move in, so we could shift quickly. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. Landscaping looks nice. My only small issue is that getting onto the main road can be a bit tricky during peak houdue to traffic. Other than that, it's a good home for us.
