Is good for a single peon or a small family. Sundaram Construction seems to have equipped the project with essential amenities like power backup and 24/7 water supply. The location is decent, being close to the highway network, which is beneficial. However, the overall road access to the project itself could be better; you have to navigate through some less-developed internal roads for close to the main highway. Despite this, the gated community aspect is reassuring for a fit-time buyer.
