The location is fantastic, being close to the Ponniamman temple metro station makes commuting so much simpler. I bought a plot of 2111 Sq.ft. The price of 1.42 Crore was a bit high, but the location advantage and the ready-to-move-in status by March 2022 made it worthwhile. Royal land & DevelopePvt Ltd seem to have provided decent basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting. The only slight issue is the internal roads can get dusty during dry weather, but that's manageable.

The amenities provided, such as solar lighting and internal roads, are satisfactory. It's a gated community, which is a must for us. The nearby ECR Toll gate being nearby is also convenient for weekend getaways. The main concern for us is the lack of clear OC received status, which might cause issues later.
