This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Royal Enclave. I bought a 2 BHK apartment which is 1125 Sq.ft built up. It feels quite modern and the layout is practical. The gated community aspect with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and intercom was a key factor for me as a fit-time buyer. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for the lifestyle. It’s ready to move, which made the process much simpler. The main road access could be a little better, as you have to navigate through smaller streets to reach the project. But for a fit home, it seems like a good deal.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Royal Enclave for my parents who live in Bengaluru. The location in Chikkalasandra is quite accessible, with Vasavi Hospital nearby which is important for them. They also appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The flat size is 1370 Sq.ft built up, which is ample space for them to live comfortably. Royal Properties has a good reputation, and the project is ready to move, so they could shift in immediately. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. My parents are happy with the purchase.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Royal Enclave offered a 2 BHK apartment of 1125 Sq.ft built up, which is comfortable for me. The amenities like the gymnasium and the multipurpose room are useful for staying active and engaged. It’s a gated community with good security features, including fire fighting systems, which is reassuring. The landscaping and water conservation efforts are also commendable. The only minor concern is the distance to the main Outer Ring Road, which is nearby, making commutes a bit longer. However, the proximity to Doddakallasandra Metro Station (7 mins) helps.

Finally found a place that feels like home in South Bangalore. I love that Royal Enclave is a gated community with 24x7 security and video door access, which gives me peace of mind when I'm not home. The jogging track is perfect for my morning runs, and the swimming pool is a great way to unwind after work. The 2 BHK apartment is a good size at 1125 Sq.ft built up, feels spacious enough for one peon. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The only small issue is that traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon Uttarahalli road, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a convenient and secure place.

We were looking for a spacious home for our growing family and settled on a 3 BHK in Royal Enclave. The 1370 Sq.ft built up area gives us plenty of room to move around. The availability of indoor games and a clubhouse is a great amenity for the kids. Being a ready to move property saved us a lot of hassle. Royal Properties has included essential features like a fire fighting system and ample car parking. The location is decent, close to Sri Chaitanya School, which is a big advantage. My only reservation is that the construction quality seems average in some areas, but overall it's a good family home.

My partner and I were looking for a 2 BHK apartment close to our workplaces. Royal Enclave’s location in South Bangalore, Chikkalasandra, seemed promising. The 1125 Sq.ft built up size is perfect for us. We really liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the jogging track. The project is a gated community with good security features, including video door security. It’s ready to move, which was ideal. One drawback we noticed is that Bellary road is about 1.5 houaway, which might be inconvenient for occasional trips. Also, the parking space can feel a bit tight sometimes. Still, it’s a comfortable place to start our journey.
