The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and 24x7 security were reassuring. I liked the 705 square feet 2 BHK configuration, it’s a good size for one peon and has enough space for guests. The proximity to Kumaran nagar bus stand, just 100 meteaway, makes commuting to my office in the city center very easy. The price point for the 2 BHK units, starting around 50 Lakhs, was reasonable for the area and the facilities provided. The Vastu compliance was also a nice touch. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding roads can get a bit busy during peak hou, but that's typical for Chennai.
