The price of 48.1 Lakh was attractive. Shiv Infra is the developer. I liked the inclusion of holistic lifestyle amenities and innovative design. The project is under construction with a completion date of May 2028. My main concern is the distance to the metro station, Motera Stadium Metro Station is nearby, so daily commuting might require planning. However, the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are very important for a single woman. The entrance lobby looks quite impressive in the brochure.
