We were looking for a residential plot in Nagpur and found Royal Avenue. The plot area we are considering is around 1360 Sq.ft. It is located in Kotewada, Wardha Road. The price range is 29.58 L to 63.38 L. We liked that it is close to Khapri Metro Station, making commuting easier. Nehal Vitthal Ashtankar is the developer. The project is currently under construction, with a completion target of May 2029. We really liked the planned landscaping and tree planting, and the solid waste management system seems responsible. One thing that worried us a bit was the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. We are looking forward to building our dream home here.
