We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which are built up to 1650 square feet, offering ample space for our growing family. The hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. Royal Next Homes has given us a good option here. The pricing for the 3 BHK units goes up to around 59 Lakhs, which is within our budget. It’s ready to move, so we can settle in soon. The area seems to be developing well. We are happy with the decision.
