I was looking for something ready to move in the Chitlapakkam area and Royal Ashwathaa Villas fit the bill. I picked a 1 BHK apartment which is 625 Sq.ft. It's a decent size for one peon and feels quite compact but functional. The location is quite convenient for my commute. The only issue is the car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle. It was completed in July 2021, so it’s relatively new. Royal Shrishtii Infrastructure seems to have maintained the common areas well so far.
