This Royal Arcade project in Mangalore was a good find for us. We were looking for something ready to move in and found a 3 BHK here. The carpet area is large, ranging from 1063 to 1201 square feet, giving us plenty of space. Being close to Manipal School, nearby, is incredibly convenient for our future plans. The developer, Royal Bawa Builde, seems to have focused on essential utilities with 24/7 water supply and sewage treatment. The only minor issue is the parking, which could be a bit more spacious for two vehicles.

I purchased a 3 BHK unit at Royal Arcade. The carpet area is approximately 1100 square feet, which provides ample room. The project, developed by Royal Bawa Builde, was completed by December 2023. Its location in Attavar is reasonably well-connected, with the Railway Station Bus Stop being nearby. The focus on water management through rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant is commendable. While the overall infrastructure is good, I felt the internal finishing in some areas could have been a bit more refined. Nevertheless, it's a solid property.
