I picked up a unit in Roy Petmarc mainly for its investment potential. Bejai is a developing area in Mangalore, and properties here are likely to appreciate. It's ready to move, which means I can start earning rental income immediately without any further delay. The proximity to the Edapally-Panvel Highway is a plus for connectivity. Roy Constructions is the developer, and they have a track record of delivering projects. My only slight concern is the traffic noise from Bejai Main Road, which can be noticeable during peak hou, though within the apartment it's not too bad. I anticipate good rental demand given the location.

I moved into Roy Petmarc a few months ago. The location in Bejai, Kotekani, is quite convenient for daily errands. It's very close to A. J. Hospital & Research Centre, which is about a 4-minute drive, and Lourdes Central School is also a short distance. This proximity to essential services was a major factor in my decision. The building is ready to move in, which was perfect as I didn't want to wait for construction. Roy Constructions seems to have a good reputation for timely delivery. The roads around the project could be a bit better maintained, especially Annegundi Road, which can get dusty during dry weather.

My partner and I bought a flat here because Roy Petmarc is ready to move in and located in Bejai, which is quite central. It’s close to the Edapally-Panvel Highway, making commutes easier. We also liked that A. J. Hospital & Research Centre is a short distance, and Lourdes Central School is a short distance, which might be useful later. Roy Constructions has built this project. The apartment feels spacious enough for us. The main drawback we've encountered is the traffic on Bejai Main Road during morning and evening office hou; it can get quite congested. Despite that, the connectivity and the fact that the project is completed and ready for occupancy were the main draws for us.

We chose Roy Petmarc because of its excellent location for our children. Lourdes Central School is just a 5-minute drive away, and A. J. Hospital & Research Centre is also very close, a short distance. This makes school runs and emergencies much easier to manage. The building is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after purchasing. Bejai is a good neighbourhood with decent connectivity. Roy Constructions developed this property. One thing we noticed is that parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially if you have guests visiting. Other than that, the apartment layout works well for our family.

Living in Roy Petmarc has been quite convenient. Being ready to move meant I could shift in right after booking without any long waiting periods. The proximity to A. J. Hospital & Research Centre (4 mins) and Lourdes Central School (5 mins) is great for quick access to services. The location in Bejai is well-connected, with Bejai Main Road nearby. Roy Constructions is the developer. The apartment itself is practical for a single peon. My only minor annoyance is the dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, which sometimes settles on my balcony. However, it's a temporary issue for the area, I believe. Overall, it's a good place to live.

It's very close to Bendoor Bus Stop, taking a short distance reach, which is helpful for commuting. Lourdes Central School is also nearby, a 5-minute drive. Roy Constructions handled the project. The apartment is functional, and the ready-to-move status was ideal for my immediate housing needs. The building is completed, and it feels solid. I haven't had any issues with the construction quality so far. The area is generally quiet, which I appreciate.
