Relocating to Kolkata for work at RN Tagore Hospital meant finding a place nearby, and Roy Anupama fits the bill. It's reasonably close to Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital. The 2 BHK flats have carpet areas between 486 and 499 square feet. Construction is ongoing, with completion set for June 2026. I’m looking forward to the 24/7 security and power backup. The 24/7 water supply is essential. My main concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is typical for under-construction properties, but I'm hoping it settles down once finished. The metro station is also not too far.

However, the carpet area feels a bit compact for a 2 BHK, and I am evaluating if it suits my long-term needs. The parking arrangements are also something I need to check more closely.
