As a retired professional, I sought a peaceful and well-equipped place, and Rosedale Garden seemed suitable. I purchased a 3 BHK unit, approximately 2255 square feet, for 2.6 Crore. The property is ready to move, which was important. The developer, Rosedale Develope, has included several amenities like a senior citizen sit-out and ample green spaces with landscaping and tree planting. The gated community offea sense of security. My only concern is the price, which felt a bit high for a 2013 completion, though the location is good. Tata Medical Center is nearby, which is convenient.

I bought a 4 BHK unit in Rosedale Garden, specifically one of the larger ones measuring close to 3866 square feet. It is a ready to move property, completed in 2013. The price was towards the higher end, about 4.8 Crore, but the space justifies it for a growing family. The location in New Town is convenient, with The New Town School nearby, making school runs very easy. I do wish the OC was available, but since it's an older building, it's undetandable. The gated community aspect provides good security, and the landscaping is quite pleasant.

The video door security is also a nice touch. The location in New Town is developing rapidly, and we feel it’s a good investment for the future. The only minor issue is that the shopping mall within the complex is not as vibrant as we hoped.

The apartment has good natural light. The developer, Rosedale Develope, has maintained the common areas well. We really like the senior citizen sit-out area, even though we are not retired yet. My only slight concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can make reaching places a bit slow. However, the proximity to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station, nearby, is a definite plus.

The developer, Rosedale Develope, has provided good facilities like a children's play area and fountains, which the kids love. The car parking is sufficient. However, the dust from nearby construction sites can sometimes be a nuisance. We are looking forward to using the gymnasium more once things settle down.
