This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Rose Garden in Tiruchirappalli because it's ready for immediate possession, which simplified things for me. M Mohan is the developer. I liked the general atmosphere of the project when I visited. The area in Thottiyam seems to be developing, and it's good that there's a dental clinic nearby. I haven't finalized the exact apartment yet as the BHK details weren't clear, but the overall look is appealing. My parents were also impressed. We are hoping for a smooth buying process.
