The 1 BHK flat I saw had a decent layout for a single peon. Security is something I don't compromise on, so the 24x7 security is comforting. It's also good that they have Rain Water Harvesting. The only thing is the road leading to the project can be a bit busy during peak hou, making it slightly noisy sometimes. But overall, the location is great for accessing work and essentials.
