It's very close to RPS International School, which is great for future planning, and also near Aarvy Healthcare. The Dwarka Expressway being a short distance is a huge plus for our commutes. The developer, ROF Group, has provided essential amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 security. It's ready to move, which is perfect for us as we don't want to wait too long. Our only concern is the traffic on IMT Road during peak hou, but overall we are happy with the purchase and the potential.
