It's really convenient that RPS International School is nearby, making school runs much easier. The project also includes a jogging track and a cycling area, which we think our kids will enjoy. The developer, ROF Group, seems to have planned good amenities like a clubhouse and gymnasium. However, the area is still under construction, so there's a lot of dust and traffic noise from nearby roads like IMT Road. We are hoping this improves once the project is completed around May 2026.
