My husband liked the gymnasium and I was happy with the swimming pool. It's good that they have 24x7 security. The location in Patia is decent, close to ODM Public School. The only thing is the price felt a bit high at 60 Lakhs, but we managed with our savings. The builder CJ Infra DevelopePvt Ltd seems to have completed the project on time, back in March 2014. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, and we are settling in well.
