    We were looking for a bigger place than our rental and found Robust Green Residency. The location in Barasat is quite convenient, especially being close to NH-34 and NH-112. This makes commuting much easier. We liked the promise of 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The fact that it's still under construction until December 2030 gives us time to plan our move and finances. The developer, Robust Nirman LLP P, seems to have a decent track record. My only slight worry is the potential for noise given its proximity to the highways, but we are hoping the construction and layout will mitigate that.
