We chose RKM Ishaan Heights mainly because of its location near Smart WondeSchool. It's literally nearby, making school drops and pickups extremely convenient. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area ranging from 1625 to 1751 square feet. This gives us plenty of space. The project is ready to move, and we appreciated that RKM Housing had already completed it in 2013. They have included a children's play area and a theme park which the kids absolutely love. Power backup is also available, which is a relief. The price range is between 39.04 Lakh and 56.03 Lakh. The only minor inconvenience is the traffic noise from the nearby highways, especially during morning and evening commutes.

It is located behind Chandigarh Group of Colleges. The amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium are good for staying active. The proximity to Sohana Hospital is also a significant advantage for someone my age. The price for these larger units goes up to 56.03 Lakh. My only issue is that the OC status is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about future property dealings. The landscaping and tree planting do make the complex look nice, though.
