    We chose RKM Ishaan Heights mainly because of its location near Smart WondeSchool. It's literally nearby, making school drops and pickups extremely convenient. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area ranging from 1625 to 1751 square feet. This gives us plenty of space. The project is ready to move, and we appreciated that RKM Housing had already completed it in 2013. They have included a children's play area and a theme park which the kids absolutely love. Power backup is also available, which is a relief. The price range is between 39.04 Lakh and 56.03 Lakh. The only minor inconvenience is the traffic noise from the nearby highways, especially during morning and evening commutes.
