The location is well-connected via the State Highway 12 and Kharar Banur Highway. The developer has included good amenities like 24x7 security and rainwater harvesting. My primary reason for choosing this developer was their track record. The distance to Kharar Station, around 5 kilomete, is convenient for occasional travel. I am quite happy with the purchase.
