    We just moved into our 3 BHK villa at RKC Pranaya in Egmore and it's been pretty good so far. The built-up area is around 2180 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. Having the Kilpauk Metro station nearby is a huge convenience for our daily commute to work. The landscaping looks nice, and the 24x7 security gives us peace of mind when we are away. The Vastu compliance was a big factor for my husband. Our only small issue is finding parking space sometimes, as we have guests over frequently and the lanes can be a bit narrow.
