    We chose RK Sai Vahini primarily because Holy Family Convent school is just zero kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for us. Our 2 BHK flat is 890 square feet, a good size for our small family. The other good thing is Kauvery Hospital is also right next door. The project is under construction, with completion scheduled for April 2026. RK Constrcutions is building it. While the location is fantastic for schools and hospitals, the traffic on nearby roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes with the kids. The price for our flat was in the mid-range, around 80 Lakhs.
