My wife and I decided to book a 3 BHK here. We liked that it's ready to move, even though the completion date is March 2026, which is a bit confusing. The 1050 square feet space is good, and we especially liked the EV charging point amenity. It’s definitely a plus for the future. The location in Chennai South is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hounear Keelkattalai. We saw the car parking facility and it looks adequate for now. Price is around 94.99 Lakh. RK Sai Ashwanthika seems like a solid choice for us.
