The budget goes up to 80.0 Lakh for these, which is manageable. It’s ready to move, which is great. We also checked its proximity to Hapur Road (NH-9). One thing that concerns me is the distance to Manipal Hospital, which is nearby, and the Shaheed Sthal Metro Station is also the same distance away. If there's an emergency, it might take a while.
