The budget is manageable, with villas priced between 42 L and 64.99 L. RK Associates And Developeare the builde, and the project is ready to move, which is ideal as I need them to settle in soon. The location in Duhai, near the Meerut Bypass road, provides decent connectivity. My main concern is the lack of readily available information about the OC reception from the developer, which I would have liked to see for peace of mind. However, the proximity to essential services is good.
