The built-up area ranging from 1675 to 2000 square feet is attractive for renteThe price range of 2.0 Crores to 2.39 Crores is competitive for this central location. RK Realtois a known developer. The amenities like swimming pool, sports area, and power backup add value. My main concern currently is the lack of readily available OC details, which can sometimes impact resale or future financing. However, the general demand in Nimboli Adda, Hyderabad, and the proximity to major highways makes it a sound rental property. I haven't faced any major issues with maintenance.

We moved into RK Kachiguda Pride about a year ago. The apartment is spacious, around 1900 square feet, which is comfortable for us. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. We liked the landscape garden and the children's play area, even though our grandchildren don't visit too often. The developer, RK Realto, has maintained the common areas well. One slight issue is the noise from the nearby road sometimes filteinto the apartment, especially during the day. The proximity to Narayanaguda Metro Station, less than a kilometer away, is very convenient for getting around the city without driving. Overall, it's a decent place for settled living.

The multipurpose room is useful for our hobby classes. It's also good that it's a completed project from 2012, so we knew what we were getting. The price was within our budget for an upgrade, around 2.05 Crores. The main concern for us is the lack of clear information on the OC received status, which makes us a little nervous. However, the location is very convenient, with St. Joseph's Public School only about 1.8 kilometeaway, which is perfect for our children. The car parking is adequate.
