Having a gymnasium and an olympic size swimming pool right within the complex is a big plus for staying active. The location in Ambegaon Budruk is decent, close enough to schools like Podar International which is only nearby. We paid around 1.45 Cr for our 3 BHK villa. The construction is ready to move, which was important for us. The smart home technology is also an interesting feature, though we are still figuring out how to use it all.
