We have been looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful area for a while now. RJV Harivillu seemed like a good option. The location near Sai Baba Temple in Mahadevpur Colony is quite convenient. We liked the 1036 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment layout, it felt spacious enough for just the two of us. The construction was completed in July 2015, and it is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. The developer, RJV Constructions, seems to have provided decent amenities like lifts and power backup. The price point was also within our budget. The only slight downside is that the surrounding roads can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it is manageable.
