This was a major deciding factor for us. We got a 3 BHK villa here. The property is ready to move, which is great. The area in North Goa is quite serene. While the project has closed car parking, we found it a bit limited if guests come over often. However, the proximity to the school and the overall peaceful environment in Sodiem Siolim outweighed this. Riviera Constructions Pvt. Ltd delivered the project by March 2022.
