We finalized our 3 BHK here last month. The apartment size is good, around 1450 sq.ft built up, which gives us enough space for the two kids. Kennedy Global School is nearby, which is a huge convenience for us. The amenities are fantastic, especially the children's play area and the swimming pool. My husband liked the jogging track too. The only small issue is the traffic getting onto the main road during peak hou, it can be a bit slow. Otherwise, Risinia Skyon Phase 1 seems like a great place for families. The price was about 90 Lakh for our unit. We are looking forward to moving in soon.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home with good facilities. Risinia Skyon Phase 1 caught my eye. I bought a 1450 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment for about 95 Lakh. The project has a lovely amphitheatre and a library, which I find very appealing. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings very pleasant. The ready to move status was a major factor for me. The clubhouse facilities are also quite extensive. My only minor reservation is the noise from the nearby road during certain times of the day, but I am hopeful that will not be too disruptive once I settle in.
