It’s good to see features like rainwater harvesting and an eco-friendly sewage treatment plant. The price for my apartment was around 1.10 Crore. The only slight concern is the lack of immediate OC received information, which makes bank loan processing a bit slower than expected. Still, the earthquake-resistant structure gives peace of mind.

While the project itself is nice, the traffic getting to and from the Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, can be quite heavy during certain times of the day. It’s something to consider for daily commute.

The landscaping and vast green spaces are lovely for evening strolls. The price point between 90.12 Lakh and 1.25 Crore is competitive for this area. We did notice some construction dust around the site, which is common in developing areas, but hopefully, that will settle down soon.
