    We chose Rishi Enclave because of its proximity to Barasat Indira Gandhi Memorial High School, which is only a 5-minute walk. We bought a 2 BHK flat of 874 square feet. The project was ready for possession by December 2020. The price was about 45 Lakhs. The children's play area and the kid's pool were major attractions for us. The swimming pool is also quite large. The entire complex has landscaping and tree planting, making it look green. One thing that could be improved is the parking; it seems a bit tight, especially during evenings when many residents are back. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides good security for the kids. The developer, Rishi Develope, seems to have provided good amenities.

My only concern is the traffic on Jessore Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. The price for our flat was around 40 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the amenities offered.
