We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Rishi Apartment after renting for so long. It felt like a big step but the space is definitely worth it. The 1155 square feet built up area gives us plenty of room to breathe, especially with the kids. Being in Phool Bagan, it's quite convenient. We can reach Narayana Hospital in about 5 minutes, which is good peace of mind. The gated community aspect makes us feel secure, and the 24x7 water supply is a huge upgrade from our previous place. Power backup is also a nice touch. Our only small issue is the parking situation; it can get a bit tight when visitocome over. Otherwise, we are happy with the decision. It feels like a proper home now.
