The price point of around 76 Lakh was within my budget, and the location in Sector 70, near the Golf Coue Extension Road, is developing rapidly. The proximity to The Vivekananda School is great for my children. I appreciate the inclusion of 24x7 water supply and a jogging track. Riseonic Realty Pvt Ltd is the developer, and their project looks promising, although it's still under construction and set for completion in August 2026.
