After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own home at Rise Organic Liftopia. We chose a 4 BHK flat measuring around 1950 square feet, which is a significant improvement for us. The location in Lal Kuan is reasonably connected, and it's good that it's ready to move in. Having Manipal Hospital nearby provides peace of mind for emergencies. The price point felt a bit high initially, but the space and the ready-to-move aspect made it worthwhile. Rise Projects seems to have delivered a decent product. The access to the Delhi Meerut Expressway is also a plus for our work commutes.
